This “Super IT Spares” site is created and controlled by Distimax Pty Ltd. “Super IT Spares” is a registered trading name for Distimax Pty. Ltd in the State of New South Wales, Australia. As such, the laws of “New South Wales” will govern the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and elsewhere throughout the Site, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
Acceptance of Agreement
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions of use Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to our site (the "Site"). Payment and Prices
Pricing & Tax
SuperITSpares is operated from Australia, but services and supports other parts worldwide. Our website operates so that it will match your IP address to your country where possible. This is in order to serve you a relevant website, that in particular defaults to the correct pricing or best known currency we can support for that country.
The regions and detail on pricing and taxes are outlined below:

All other countries will default to the $US pricing.
All orders shipped to Australian addresses, no matter which currency the order is placed with, must have GST applied as per Australian law.
While all due care has been taken to design the website so it serves the correct country information it is the users responsibility to check that they are transacting in the correct currency and tax requirements.
Payments
- Payment is accepted by Credit Card or Paypal via our website.
- Payments are transacted in the selected currency.
- A shipping note will be included with each Australian shipment unless otherwise specified. An invoice will be shipped with all shipments to countries outside Australia, to comply with export requirements. Serial numbers will be included on these documents.
- Invoices will be emailed upon confirmation of payment.
SuperITSpares reserves the right to change its prices from time to time without prior notice. Products are advertised and quoted as available at the time and due to their limited nature may not be available at a later date.
If SuperITSpares is shipping the order, you will incur a delivery charge, unless agreed otherwise. Options for delivery type and charges will be advised and applied during checkout.
Credit Card Payments
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us:
- Any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete;
- Charges incurred by you will be honoured by the buyers credit card company;
- You will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.
When purchasing from SuperITSpares, card details are transmitted through a secure server using eWay Rapid 3.1 AP payment gateway. Card data is not hosted by SuperITSpares after processing. SuperITSpares is not liable for any privacy breach by eWay.com.au. Please find their privacy policy at http://www.eway.com.au/company/legal#privacy.
SuperITSpares reserves the right to exercise its lawful remedies if a dispute arises over payment through the Buyer's credit card provider. In particular, but without limitation, if the Buyer's credit card provider rejects a payment when due, SuperITSpares at its discretion may delay or cancel delivery of orders placed by the Buyer. In which case, cancelled orders would be refunded.
SuperITSpares will verify the credit card information submitted by the Buyer and will advise the Buyer that the order has been accepted. The Buyer agrees to submit to SuperITSpares such information as may be reasonably requested by SuperITSpares for the authorisation and verification of its credit card purchases.
Non-standard payment or ordering methods
Customers may also pay via Direct Bank Deposit with prior approval. Please note you must be approved in writing to utilise this service.
If a buyer's account is placed on hold due to non-payment, or an account is unpaid, SuperITSpares (Distimax Pty Ltd) will be entitled to claim all reasonable expenses for collection, including legal fees incurred in connection with this.
Orders can also be processed via phone, should this option be preferred by the buyer.
Order Acknowledgement
The buyer must complete all information requested on the order form before the order can be processed in full.
SuperITSpares will not accept orders:
- If all the required information fields are not completed;
- If the Buyer does not offer to pay by one of the payment methods listed;
- If the Buyer’s credit card provider does not confirm payment, or if payment has not been transferred into PayPal or bank account.
The Buyer will receive an email from SuperITSpares acknowledging the items ordered and confirmation of payment. The Buyer will be contacted by SuperITSpares should payment not be received to arrange payment before the items will be released for shipment. If the Buyer is unable to proceed with the payment, the order will be cancelled by SuperITSpares.
The Buyer will be informed on successful check out of the expected despatch date of order. In the case that not all items are available on the same lead-time, the Buyer will have the option at checkout to receive all items in one delivery or multiple deliveries. Should the Buyer choose multiple deliveries this may incur an additional delivery charge, however SuperITSpares may choose to contact the Buyer with alternative options. Due to the nature of electronics items and the possibility of failure during testing, SuperITSpares reserves the right to cancel and refund an order at any time. In this case, the customer will be contacted by SuperITSpares and refunded in full.
In the case of International orders SuperITSpares reserves the right to withdraw the multiple delivery option at checkout page.
Stock Availability
The Buyer accepts that some items may not be in stock at the time of purchase and it is possible that delivery may be experienced for a period up to 25 days. The Buyer will be notified if delivery time is expected to exceed 25 days. In the case that multiple items have been ordered, the Buyer will have the opportunity at checkout to select a single delivery of all items or multiple deliveries; the Buyer accepts that a multiple delivery option may incur additional delivery charges. Should Super IT Spares be unable to source items listed on the website, the Buyer will be notified via email and the full amount paid by the Buyer will be refunded.
Shipping and Delivery
Our aim is to give you the best possible delivery experience that includes using only proven courier companies.
What is a proven courier company? We have been in the distribution and computer parts business a long time and as such have dealt with a lot of courier companies over the years. We have now developed trusted relationships with courier companies that we have dealt with for some time that we know are reliable.
Cost of Delivery
Cost of delivery is calculated at check-out, however in most cases we can give you options for your delivery at time of checkout. These variations give you flexibility in terms of:

- Cheapest Delivery Option
Often you will see only one selection available, this means that the courier selected is both the quickest and cheapest available.
If you are located in a remote area you may have less delivery options.

By prior arrangement you can organise collection from SuperITSpares warehouse in person, or by your own courier account.
Should you not receive your order within a reasonable time, you should track the shipment online with details provided at the time of dispatch. Should this prove unsuccessful you can contact us as well.
Warranty
Definition of warranty offered depending on brand and condition:
All Brands, Refurbished – SuperITSpares is a professional organisation with years of experience refurbishing IT products. We supply only quality IT parts and systems that have been refurbished and tested to rigorous standards.
All brands, Refurbished – These products are all tested and professionally repackaged for remarketing by SuperITSpares. They come with a genuine 90 day warranty.
For new products, other than Hewlett Packard – SuperITSpares sources many new products from various brands, often at reduced prices. These do not always carry any warranty from the original manufacturer, but SuperITSpares certifies and supports them with its own trust and proved warranty.
Brands other than HP, Brand New – Brand new in manufacturers original sealed pack with 90 Days warranty from the SuperITSpares.
Brands other than HP, NOB – New opened box items, may not be in original box - 90 days warranty from SuperITSpares.
For new Hewlett Packard Products – SuperITSpares is a HP approved partner and new products are supplied with warranty from Hewlett Packard as per HP’s warranty program.
Hewlett Packard, Brand New – brand new in manufacturers original packaging. Full warranty provided by original manufacturer.
Hewlett Packard, Renew - Refurbished and recertified as new by the original manufacturer, is sealed in original manufacturer packaging, full warranty provided by the manufacturer.
Hewlett Packard, New Open Box (NOB) – Brand new and unused, may not be in original box. Full warranty provided by original manufacturer.
Warranty Return Policy
At all times SuperITSpares adheres to the NSW Fair Trading Laws Regarding Refunds for all orders.
Products with a SuperITSpares Warranty
The Buyer must complete the form below within the warranty period to request a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number. Warranty returns are handled on a case by case basis in accordance with at least the provision of the NSW Fair Trading policies.
Products with a HP Warranty
Contact SuperITSpares for warranty claims within 30 days of purchase date, for HP warranty claims after this period please use the following link for instructions on how to lodge an HP warrant claim.
Other returns such as change of mind must be completed within 7 days of receipt of the item. Returns are handled on a case by case basis in accordance with at least the provision of the NSW Fair Trading policies. Please note that a simple change of mind will incur a restocking fee of 20% of total value (or minimum $50), whichever is greater and a credit to you for purchasing other items will be given. Assuming the goods are in the same condition as dispatched, if not a higher restocking fee may apply or restocking may be rejected at the discretion of SuperITSpares. Any item(s) specially ordered, and not from local stock is non-returnable and cannot be cancelled.
All items for return must be sent back and received by the seller within 8 working days (Inc transit time) of receiving an approved RMA number. Approval for return must be requested before returning any item. NO returns will be accepted if the item is not the same matching serial number, item is damaged or its original manufacturers packaging is damaged in the case of new or manufacturer refurbished items (marked, or written on e.g. senders name and address directly on the box, damage in transit, grease marks, damage from opening (inc broken seal). It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packed securely to prevent any damage during the return.
Replacement and or credits are only processed once the item(s) have been returned in the exact condition and specification as shipped. A replacement or refund is at the sellers (SuperITSpares) discretion only.
Buyer is responsible for shipment postage/courier costs for returns. The Buyer has the right to use the SuperITSpares courier or their own, at the buyer’s expense.
SuperITSpares may also offset and deduct from any refund due to the Buyer all sums owed by the Buyer to SuperITSpares.
To request a return please complete the form by following the below link. In the unlikely event of multiple items to be returned, please fill out one form per invoice. We will respond within 2 working days. For further information, contact returns@superitspares.com
Supply of Incorrect Item
Should the Buyer receive an item that does not conform with an order, the Buyer should contact returns@superitspares.com within 7 days of receiving the item and an RMA will be raised. On approval, SuperITSpares will arrange for collection of the incorrect item – the incorrect part must be returned unused and in its original packaging and condition. On receipt of the incorrect item SuperITSpares will arrange delivery of the correct item at no extra cost to the Buyer or a refund if another item is not readily available.
Items Received Damaged
The Buyer should inspect the package on delivery and refuse delivery if the packaging is damaged. The Buyer should then contact returns@superitspares.com and report the damaged shipment. A replacement item will be shipped to the Buyer if available, or a refund given, at the discretion of SuperITSpares, after receipt of the returned item.
Cancellation of Order
Buyer wishes to cancel an order prior to shipment. The Buyer should contact SuperITSpares immediately, in the case that the item has not left the SuperITSpares warehouse; a refund will be processed to the Buyer by return means of payment. (Unless the item(s) are a special order these cannot be cancelled, unless otherwise agreed). In the case that the item has already left SuperITSpares warehouse the order will them be treated as a return due to ‘Ordered Wrong Item’. The Buyer must contact returns@superitspares.com and request an RMA. On approval the Buyer must return the item to SuperITSpares unused and in its original packaging and condition. Return postage cost is the Buyers responsibility. On receipt and inspection of the item SuperITSpares will process a refund – the Buyer accepts this may incur a 40% restocking fee.
Delivery at your End
The Buyer must ensure someone is available to sign for an order at the delivery address. If there is no one there at the time a calling card may be left and the Buyer may be required to pick the order up from the nominated location or arrange a new time for delivery. Please also note the shipping carrier may charge extra for this service.
Unusual Orders
Please note that larger orders or orders where the size, weight, or location would dictate that the cost of shipment would vary, may incur extra freight charges. This would be discussed with the Buyer prior to dispatch.
Note regarding delivery process:
On receipt of an order all stocked products are picked and packed as quickly as possible in the order they are lodged.
